Every product is 100% handmade using crochet techniques. Our artisans in Kigali, Rwanda use premium yarn to craft each piece by hand. No machines are involved — just skilled hands, hooks, and hours of patient work.
We primarily use high-quality cotton and acrylic yarn blends. For baby products, we use hypoallergenic organic cotton yarn. All materials are carefully sourced for durability, softness, and colour retention.
For orders within Kigali, we offer delivery within 1–3 business days. Nationwide Rwanda delivery takes 3–5 business days. International shipping is available and typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. Reach out via WhatsApp or our contact form with your idea — include preferred colors, size, and any reference images. Custom orders typically take 1–3 weeks depending on complexity.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Please see our Returns page for full details.
Yes! Every Masterpieces order comes in our signature branded packaging. For a special touch, we can add a handwritten note at no extra cost — just mention it during checkout or message us on WhatsApp.
We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry — avoid wringing or twisting. Most of our items can also be gently machine washed on a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag.
We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), Visa/Mastercard through our secure DPO Pay gateway, and direct bank transfers for large orders. You can also pay on delivery for orders within Kigali.
