We want you to love your purchase. Here's our policy if things don't work out.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging.
What Can Be Returned
- Ready-made bags, clothing, and accessories
- Items with manufacturing defects (any time)
- Wrong item received
What Cannot Be Returned
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item free of charge. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange the swap.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via our contact form or WhatsApp with your order number
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back to us (or we'll arrange pickup for Kigali orders)
- Refund is processed within 5 business days after we receive the item
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping. Quality is our priority, and we stand behind every piece we create.
